Jury Summons and Buses

This week I was summoned to serve on a jury in King County. Along with the summons came a juror badge and a bus ticket. They strongly recommend the bus ticket because parking is limited and they summon around two hundred people at a time. I used the bus ticket and had my first ride on a public bus. Quite a few other potential jurors had never ridden the bus before. I think the county bus people (Transportation Commission/Committe/Group/Thingy) should send a person to the courthouse every few days and answer questions about the buses.

As a matter of fact, there are two hundred people sitting around bored in a room with televisions that are rarely used. They could just show a video. It wouldn't have to be a very good video, they have a bored captive audience.

I leaned that we have at least two different bus lines: Metro and Sound Transit. The Metro buses are cheaper but also much less frequent. They both seem to serve similar routes. I'm a little confused as to when a bus will stop. I don't know if they always stop at certain places regardless of whether someone indicates they want to get off or not.
